Shipping and returns
Domestic shipping in Norway, or from Norway to the EU and UK.

Orders are sent by DHL Express or Posten.

Delivery time
Norway, the UK and the EU usually take 2 to 5 working days for our packages to be delivered.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs vary depending on destination country.

Inland Norway we always offer free shipping NOK 0

VAT and value added tax
Based on the official EU declaration on VAT, everything sent domestically in Norway will include VAT. If goods are sent from Norway abroad, it is ex VAT, but VAT will then be calculated by customs upon arrival in the country.

All other destinations will not be charged these fees, but the buyer is still responsible for taxes and/or customs fees upon delivery.

When will my order be shipped?
Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days for it to leave our warehouse. Orders from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 can be sent the same day or nested ag.

Here is the process:
Once you have completed checkout, your order is usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

After your order is processed, it leaves our warehouse.

Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information by email from DHL or by post.

Right of withdrawal
The Right of Cancellation Act does not apply to purchases/agreements between businesses. The seller does not grant a right of withdrawal on the delivery of products, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delay and non-delivery

Seller always tries to deliver goods as quickly as possible.

In the event of unexpected delays, the Seller will contact the Buyer with an explanation of the delay.
